How much does counselling cost?

The first time we meet will be online or on the phone and is always free of charge. This can be any length ( but usually up to 20 minutes) depending on your needs.

This meeting gives us an opportunity to start to get to know each other and allow you to decide if I am someone you feel you could work with going forward. 

Should you decide that I am the right counsellor for you:

• for individuals, I offer my work at a rate of £70 for a session lasting one hour;

• for couples, I offer my work at a rate of £120 for an hour or £150 for 1.5 hours.
