Counselling offers a space where you can talk to someone in confidence.
Together we will gently explore your thoughts and feelings, to gain understanding and then help you find a way through.
I will not judge you or be shocked at whatever you feel you would like to talk about
I can also work with you as a couple, helping you to understand your patterns of relating to each other.
We may work on setting a joint relationship vision, enhancing your communication skills and develop your conflict resolution skills as well as looking at how to heal from past or current hurts.
I do not take sides but aim to listen to both of you equally. I will not judge you or be shocked at what you feel you would like to talk about.
